How far is the beach?
The best beach is in the village of Oludeniz. This is situated approximately 5 km from the Villa. There is a regular, cheap, public minibus service (Dolmus) every 20 minutes, which can be picked up at the end of the road. It takes 10-15 minutes to reach Oludeniz, which has the most beautiful beach in Turkey.

Can 'The Nut House' organize car hire for us?
We can organize car hire, a B class car costs about £25-£28 a day, with fully comprehensive insurance from the same local firm used by all the big tour operators. All you need is your U.K. driving license.
We do not recommend picking up your car at the airport as it can make an already tiresome arrival (Dalaman being small) longer and hotter. The car is delivered to and picked up from the villa.
Can 'The Nut House' arrange to pick us up at Dalman Airport?
We can organize to pick you up at the airport by a driver who knows where you are staying.
What is the cost of transfer from Dalaman Airport?
We can organise
Taxi transfer at £30 one way from Dalaman Airport to the house
or
Minibus transfer at £50 one way from Dalaman Airport to the house for a larger group .

Should we book a car for our entire stay?
Because so many attractions are a walk and bus ride away and the taxis are so cheap, we do not recommend that you have a car for the whole of your stay – particularly if you are coming in the high season.
For those of you coming in the cooler weather, who want to explore some of the more remote ancient ruins and market towns a car is a good option.
